Wild & Wise!

May 9, 2017

How to be wise and wild. That can seem like a puzzle.

How can you be wise in the eyes of the world, and yet be wild? Shouldn’t you be well-prepared, careful, frugal, organized, steady, putting yourself last if you are wise?

No! You can be wildly curious, and brave and discover new worlds and think strange thoughts and celebrate how free you are and yet show your wisdom clearly!

It is that holy poetry and singing we are after. … It is the wild singing we are after, our chance to use the wild language we are learning by heart under the sea. When a woman speaks her truth, fires up her intention and feeling, staying tight with the instinctive nature, she is singing, she is living in the wild breath-stream of the soul. To live this way is a cycle in itself, one meant to go on, go on, go on. ~ Clarissa Pinkola Estes

To be deeply aware of one’s own wisdom is immensely empowering. In the process, you have to be curious, you definitely discover new worlds within and without. Thinking unfamiliar thoughts is par for the course when you are living from your own wisdom. It’s a heady feeling, knowing what the right decision is for you.

Don’t miss out on this. Like Thornton Wilder said: “We can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures.”
