As far as you can, live it now.
Want to learn to meditate? Be mindful with yourself in this very minute whatever you happen to be doing.
Wish you could spend more time in nature? Go outside right now, wherever you are. Breathe in the hot or cold air for a couple of breaths.
Want to be a photographer? Look up, and really LOOK at whatever is in front of you right now.
Wish you could tidy your whole house? Get up now and pick up one thing. Deal with that item now – put it away, or throw it away.
Want more ease for someone else? Do something right now that will give YOU more ease.
As far as you can in this moment, live it. Now.
“The clock of life is wound but once,
And no man has the power
To tell just when the hands will stop
At late or early hour.
The present only is our own,
So live, love, toil with a will,
Place no faith in “Tomorrow,”
For the Clock may then be still.”
